For over 20 years, Josh Owen has poured his life into serving and developing youth. As the Executive Director of the Identity Center, his commitment goes far beyond programs—it’s a calling rooted in spiritual leadership, mentorship, and a deep desire to see young people grow into strong, disciplined, and purpose-driven individuals grounded in their identity in Christ.

As a Head Coach licensed through the USA Boxing, Josh leads the Armor of God Boxing program, a key part of the Identity Center’s “Get Healthy” initiative. Through this program, he has helped train and mentor both amateur and professional boxers, many of whom have gone on to earn titles and recognition. But more importantly, he instills character, resilience, and faith—teaching that true strength is built both inside and outside the ring.

Standing alongside him every step of the way is his wife, Dana Owen. Serving as Secretary and Treasurer of the Identity Center, she plays a vital leadership role in ensuring the organization runs with integrity and excellence. She is also an Assistant Coach for the Armor of God Boxing program, investing directly in the lives of the youth and helping reinforce the values that define the mission.

Together, Josh and Dana Owen have created more than a program—they’ve built a legacy. Through their leadership, countless young men and women have found direction, discipline, and a deeper understanding of who they are, both in life and in Christ."
